Terms & Conditions – Melbourne Bulka Bags

Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers; we do not store your payment details.

Delivery
We deliver across Melbourne at a rate of $150 per hour, with a minimum charge of 3 hours. Timing starts from pickup at our yard and finishes once all bulka bags have been offloaded on site.

Extra Waiting Time
Any time beyond the initial 3 hours will be charged at $150 per hour until the truck leaves the site.

Pallets
If you require a pallet for your bulka bag(s), please select this option when adding products. Pallets are $50 each, and each bulka bag requiring a pallet must have its own. Please note: we do not offer pallet collection after delivery.

Products
All bulk materials are supplied in designated bulka bag sizes (0.75m³ for most products, 1m³ for firewood, 20kg for Boral bags). Product colours, textures, and quantities may vary from images due to natural variations.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of bulk materials, we do not accept returns once delivered. Refunds are considered only for damaged or incorrect products.

Liability
Melbourne Bulka Bags is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products. Customers are responsible for handling materials safely and following local regulations.
